Called out to investigate a report of a yacht aground  inside of the Cowloe, at Sennen cove, the yacht had tried to come through the Tribbens on an ebbing tide both Sennen Lifeboats were launched, two passengers were bought by the ILB  the skipper stayed on board, the ILB got a line on board  the yacht and the all weather Lifeboat held the line to save the yacht from doing any damage to its self, it was safely refloated on the next high tide DSO G Hale, R Coatman, N Gorvin, R Hatfield ,A Semmens attended.
