13 07. We were called  to Gwenver to assist with a woman who was walking the coast path from St Just to Sennen, when she slipped and twisted her ankle near Aire Point, she was with her husband at the time, she managed to walk nearly a quarter of a mile over a rough coast path and luckily came across two lifeguards who just happened to be clearing out their lifeguard hut for the end of the season, they put them both into the lifeguard truck and drove them up to meet the  CG vehicle, the  ambulance arrived and checked her ankle and wanted to take her to hospital, they declined and said they would make their own way there, they thanked everyone for their help and made their way back to their car. Lucky for them the Lifeguards were their but they should have stayed were the accident happened as walking may have caused more damage to the ankle, thanks again to the two Lifeguards and the ambulance crew.

S O D Jackson, DSO G Hale, A Semmens, E Semmens, M Williams and C Wood attended.
