A  seventeen year old  male suffered a dislocated  kneecap on Pednvounder beach near Porthcurno the Lands End team were sent to deal with the situation  a doctor who was on the beach tended the casualty   along with  local lifeguards and westcountry ambulance team. The beach packed with  holidaymakers had to be cleared so that a helicopter from culdrose could land safetly,the man was taken to Treliske hospital.those attending SO D Jackson,DSO G Hale,R hatfield,R Coatman,C McClary L Taskis,M Williams,C Wood.
