While on patrol R Coatman, G Beare, C Wood and S O  D Jackson answered a call to go to Gwennap Head coastwatch station were they think a climber may have fallen,once at the station they were told of a barking dog on the cliff top that had been there for sometime and they were concerned, also some climbing  equipment was lying by some rocks, after a search of the climbing area the owner of the dog and equipment was located safe and well.
