C Mc Clary and E Semmens were on patrol and tasked to investigate an object on Nanjizal beach that was reported by a member of the public.

After inspecting the object it was found to be a large mooring bouy. The person who reported it thought it would be a hazard to shipping if it re-floated.

The Bouy was made safe and reported to Falmouth MRCC who in turn reported it to the local council.
