A cliff faller at Pedn Men Du had the team mobilised  and under way,R193  and the Sennen Cove I L B  was also tasked along with an ambulance crew, the casualty was treated  at the base of the cliff before being put aboard the helicopter using the high line procedure and  flown to Treliske,
